Delete your account

In the app on iPhone

On the Start screen, tap the person button next to SeamSight to open Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm twice. Your account is deleted at once and you're signed out.

If you signed in with Apple, SeamSight also asks Apple to end its access to your Apple ID.

In the app on Android

On the Start screen, tap the person button at the top right to open Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE, then tap Delete My Account. Your account is deleted at once and you're signed out.

By email

No longer have the app, or can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. If you write from another address, we'll ask you to confirm from that one first. We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done. A parent can ask us to delete their teen's account the same way.

Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account.

Delete some information, keep your account

To remove only some of your information, such as the heart rate from one practice, email [email protected] from your account's address and tell us what to remove. We do it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your account and sign-in: email, password, name, role and age range.
Your practices and plans, recordings, heart rate, ratings and notes.
Your shot accuracy, tournaments, goals and training targets.
Your team connections, invites, blocks and reports you sent.
Your Find a Coach listing and requests, and your Help build SeamSight's AI coach choice.

What's kept

Practices you planned for other players stay in their plans, without your name.
A practice partner's own record of a practice you did together stays in their history, no longer linked to you.
A report someone else made about you stays with the SeamSight team, with the name it showed, until it's handled.
Usage analytics from the iPhone and Android apps, counted under a random ID with no name or email, is kept for up to 12 months.
De-identified AI coach data, if you had turned it on, leaves you out from the next copy on.
Backups: within 30 days, your information is gone from our backups too, except anything the law requires us to keep.
